RSCOMM - Black- & Whitelist

The Blacklist blocks all messages from known but unwanted senders, messages with suspicious subjects or certain message contents. Why let all the rest go through and fill up your journals ? The new Whitelist is the answer to Spam mails and supplements the existing Blacklist. It is a list of the senders you accept. To make life easier, we preload the Whitelist with your address book.

All messages from senders not in your Whitelist are put into a ‘SPAM’ Journal. Only you or one of your colleagues needs to view this journal from time to time. You then decide whether to delete the message and blacklist the sender or accept it and add the sender to the Whitelist.

In very short time your Whitelist is ‘What you really want to see’ and only one person is wasting time going through the spam messages, instead of everybody in your company.
